Increased risk of IRIS-associated tuberculosis in HIV-infected patients receiving Integrase Inhibitors

• ART-containing integrase inhibitors could be associated with higher incidence of TB-associated IRIS. Prospective studies are needed to better characterize the risk IRIS-TB and determine optimal ART regimen for TB-HIV coinfected patients.
